Help the Home and School Club fund many programs by earning money at this fun and athletic community event.  This year we will be exploring oceans, rivers and aquatic life with our Aquatic Wonders Theme! Below are the details for the event:

Fundraiser: Walkathon is our last major fundraiser of the year. We are asking students to get involved by kindly asking friends, family, and neighbors to sponsor them as they walk/run laps for about 70-90 minutes.You will receive an envelope that you and your student can use to record pledges and collect money. Your student should ask for pledges prior to the Walkathon. They will walk/run as many laps as they can on the day of the event. Finally, your student should collect their pledged money based on the number of laps completed and return their envelope (with the money) to the school by October 28, 2024.

Walkathon Event: The Walkathon will be held throughout the day on October 18, 2024.  The following is the schedule for the different grades:

4th-5th – 8:35-10:05

TK-1st – 10:45-11:55

2nd-3rd – 1:15-2:45

All students will be given a t-shirt to wear the morning of the event. There will be a couple of activities for the kids to do if they need a few minutes break in between laps. We invite you to attend either as a volunteer or as a spectator. Feel free to lace up your running/walking shoes and do a few laps with your student as well!
